DEAD - the uncompromising debut album from one of the UK’s most essential and in-demand bands, Young Fathers, is getting a deluxe reissue befitting of it’s status to celebrate a decade since the original release as part of Record Store Day 2024. Upon release in 2014, the album was the winner of the Mercury Music Prize and was celebrated as one of the albums of the year throughout the music press. The album took the genre defying Scottish trio from underground heroes to being well on their way to one of the countries most cherished collectives.
Limited Edition Vinyl: Double Crystal Clear 140g vinyl, limited to 2000 units worldwide for Record Store Day 2024. Housed in a mirrorboard effect gatefold sleeve and containing b-sides and rarities from the era alongside an etching design on Side D of the vinyl of the 2014 Young Fathers logo.
