Founded in 1987 by Kurt Cobain and Krist Novoselić in Aberdeen/ Washington, Nirvana became a leading protagonist of the grunge scene with their mix of punk and heavy rock/ metal.
Their session for KAOS FM at Evergreen State College in 1987 was also their first demo tape and as such, Nirvana’s first ever recording session.
