Many will be familiar with Propaganda (of ZTT fame) and their immaculate 1985 debut, A Secret Wish. Some, however, may have missed their stellar return to form this year with The Heart Is Strange, a luscious and rich album brimming with just the right amount of nostalgia to appease both Propaganda veterans and new electronic fans.
