The New Sound

“The New Sound” is a whirlwind of a record, one that feels like the creation of a man untethered. The first solo effort from former Black Midi frontman Geordie Greep, it’s unlike anything else you’ve heard this year. Latin-inspired passages will give way to progressive rock buildups and turn your head upside down in the process, all with Greep acting as crazed ringleader.
